The Minneapolis Elections & Voter Services Division is now accepting applications for a regular full time employee to help in our task serving the residents of Minneapolis by administering elections. All staff members of the Elections & Voter Services team must meet basic requirements, as outlined in the posted job description. Our core team is small but powerful, so it's important for all team members to be prepared for cross-training in multiple functions. Teamwork and cooperation is a hallmark of how the division operates.
 
Some elections experience is required, including serving as an election judge. It is also essential that staffers conduct themselves with integrity, honesty, and impartiality at all times to preserve the public's trust in fair and impartial elections. Other key competencies include reliability, commitment, attention to detail, flexibility, stress tolerance, creativity, communications skills, and change tolerance.
