The Downtown Early Vote Center is closed. On Election Day (November 6), voters must vote at their assigned polling place. Find out where to vote.

Absentee ballots can be delivered in person no later than 3 p.m. today at the Downtown Early Vote Center, or the Elections & Voter Services office in City Hall, 350 S. 5th St. One person can drop off ballots for up to three other voters.

Directions: West of the corner of 3rd Ave S and 3rd St S in downtown Minneapolis, one block north and one block west of City Hall.

Parking: A limited number of hooded parking meters reserved for free voter parking are available along 3rd St. South. Additionally, there are paid parking meters available on the surrounding streets. There is a drop off area at the corner of 3rd Ave and 3rd St., and a couple spots for voters who need curbside voting assistance. The Downtown Early Vote Center is near many parking ramps, including the Gateway Ramp and the Jerry Haaf Memorial Ramp.

Transit: Light Rail access via both the Green and Blue lines is on Fifth St. via the Government Plaza station two blocks from the EVC. Bus routes providing service within 1 block of the EVC include Routes 3, 7, and 22. Several other routes also serve the downtown area. Metro Transit's Trip Planner will allow you to plan your trip to vote via transit.
