Notice of election

Notice is hereby given to all voters qualified to vote in the Presidential Nomination Primary in the City of Minneapolis, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota to be held from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, for the purpose of nominating presidential candidates for each participating major political party.

Individuals must request the ballot of the major political party for whose candidate they wish to vote. The political party preference is private data except it is available to the chair of the major political party that is selected.

Notice of public accuracy tests

Notice is hereby given that the City of Minneapolis is holding public tests to demonstrate the accuracy of the voting systems used for tabulation of ballots in the March 5, 2024, Presidential Nomination Primary Election.

Tests will be held Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at:

• 10 a.m. (980 E Hennepin Ave, Minneapolis)
• 1:30 p.m. (1045 10th Ave SE, Minneapolis)
